Is IntelliED hosted on client side servers or on IntelliED’s servers?
Although IntelliED can be deployed on client-side’s server but then the client will be responsible for all the maintenance and security tasks and for that reason we don’t recommend client-side hosting.

Do you provide client support for installation and maintenance?
At IntelliED, we provide free installation i.e. clients don’t have any installation cost. Secondly, you don’t have IT staff costs because firstly it’s very easy to maintain and even if something happens, we’ll take care of it for free. So, your maintenance costs are zero.

Do you offer a mobile version for your application?
IntelliED is available in both Web and Mobile version. The mobile application is available for both Android and iOS platform.

How secure are IntelliED’s servers?
We use professional hosting services having 128-bit servers that have SSL encryption to ensure that there is a secure transmission of data between the client and the data centre. Moreover, the institution’s data will be protected by top-notch security encryption keys and the tokens used at back-end ensures no one other than the authorized personnel has access to sensitive information.

Can I request for additional features or functionality to suit my requirements/ do you provide customized modules?
We provide upgrades/new features for free to our premium clients i.e. as new features come out, they are automatically added to your account. However, if you want to add a customized module as per your needs then please let us know and we will get you set up.
